ITR Services Ltd. is a single-member limited liability company, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register with UIC 202891245, with registered office and registered address. Personal data we collect about you and the basis for processing it

Your use of the website information does not imply the provision of personal data.

The Site contains the following functionalities where ITR Services may collect and process your personal data:

The personal data collected and processed by Gtrace through the “Contact us” option on the website are: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and other data that you have chosen to provide in your request.

 

The aforementioned personal data is also collected in the event that you send an e-mail request to one of our contact persons listed in the Contacts section.

 

Your personal data is collected and processed:
-In order to send a response to the request you have sent us. The legal basis for processing your personal data in this case is your explicit, voluntary consent, which we assume you have given by sending us the request.

 

Gtrace will process your personal data only for the time necessary to prepare and send a response to your inquiry and within 3 months of our last correspondence with you, unless you become our customer, in which case the terms of the service agreement signed between us will apply to the processing of your personal data;

 

We may also use this data for direct marketing purposes – to inform you about the services offered by Gtrace or to invite you to events and activities organised by us. In this case, the basis for processing your personal data is to protect the legitimate business interests of Gtrace to present and promote its services.

 

Gtrace will process your personal data for this purpose until you object or unsubscribe from receiving our direct email marketing communications: office@itrservices.eu.

Consequences for failure to provide personal data

When you want to send us an enquiry, providing your details is entirely voluntary, but when you want to apply for a job with us, providing your details is compulsory.

If you are unwilling to provide your personal data, you will not be able to receive the services you require – we will not be able to respond to your enquiry or offer you a position with ITR Services.

Gtrace will not provide your personal data to other third parties.

Your rights

If you have provided personal data to Gtrace, you have the following rights:

– the right to access your personal data
– the right to rectification if the personal data processed about you is inaccurate or incomplete;
– the right to erasure of your personal data if:
1) they are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed; or
2) withdraw your consent to their processing; or
3) your personal data has been unlawfully processed;
– the right to restrict processing:
1) if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data, for a period allowing Gtrace to verify the accuracy of your data; or
2)if the processing of your personal data is unlawful;
– the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, and the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data carried out up to the time of withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Commission if you believe that your personal data is being unlawfully processed or your rights in relation to your personal data have been violated.

Modification of this Policy

Gtrace may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to conform to changes in law or Gtrace’ practices and policies. When we make such changes, we also change the date of last change set forth at the beginning of this Policy. As soon as we make changes to the Policy, there will be due notice of this so that you can familiarise yourself with the current terms for processing your data.
